# Cancel a catalog's ordered enable

> The test, run or load wait in progress finishes (a running tap script is not killed); every tap not yet started is marked `cancelled` (a tap already enabled whose run had not started reads `enabled; run cancelled`). Requires `tap:run`, checked against the key's catalog scope and the job starter as owner; 403 otherwise.
