# Progress of a catalog's ordered enable

> Exactly `{"active": false}` when the catalog has no job. A finished job stays readable for one hour with `active` false and `finishedAt` set. The same body is the `job` block of `GET .../enable-order`. Requires `tap:read`, checked against the key's catalog scope (the catalog) and owner scope (who started the job); 403 otherwise. Not audited.
