}Enable order of a catalog's taps
Groups the catalog’s taps into dependency levels: level 1 holds taps that read no other tap’s tables, level 2 the taps that read level 1, and so on. A tap’s dependencies are its dependsOn when set (even []), else its stored inferredDependsOn. Per tap: hasPassingTest (the last test run succeeded on the tap’s current script; a test stamped for an older script, e.g. after an overwrite restore, does not count), lastRealRunLanded (lastRunStatus is success with lastRunRecordCount > 0), blockedBy (dependencies that have not landed data) and ready (tested and not blocked). Taps on a dependency cycle are listed under cycles, not in a level. Read-only and not audited. Requires tap:read; taps the key may not read (owner or catalog scope) are omitted and named in warnings.
